Retreats + Event Catering
Providing Plant based, clean food for yoga retreats and other similar events. Menus can be customized to suit your needs and requests.

Cooking Parties 
Invite your friends to learn & taste at your home. Shina is known for teaching plant-based/vegan cooking classes that are fun, and easy to everyone. A typical class will include going over the ingredients, recipes and their healing/nutritional properties based on Ayurveda.

Invite friends to your home for a fun and educational cooking party! Shina will bring all inredients and any speocial kitchen tools.

Workshops
Ayurveda or Plant Based food workshops for yoga studios. Each workshop is generally about 2 hours. Its a great way to introduce Ayurveda and clean eating to studio members or Yoga teacher trainings.

Ayurveda Lifestyle Counseling
Shina is a Certified Ayurveda Consultant (CAC). Learn your dosha and how to incorporate food, yoga and meditation to achieve your optimal health.

About Shina:

Shina’s passion for healthy living began after a difficult car accident where she was introduced to Pilates and then yoga.  Over time, her yoga practice grew deeper and of greater importance to her life causing her to sign up for Yogaworks teacher training.

During her teacher training, she was introduced to Ayurveda, which emphasized a balanced lifestyle. This balance is achieved through diet, exercise, body cleansing, and having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda also helped combine her desire to be healthy with her passion for cooking and now, Shina studies under an Ayurvedic master in order for her to give back and help others in their own life practice.
